Our commitment
Continental Investments International Network LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep accessibility in mind as we update the site.
What we have done
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone, and a “Skip to main content” link is available at the top of each page.
- Links, buttons and form fields show a clear outline when they are selected with the keyboard.
- Text and background colors have been checked for readable contrast.
- Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are marked.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
- Pages adjust to phones, tablets and computers, and still work when text is enlarged.
- Animations are kept to a minimum and are switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages are checked with an automated accessibility testing tool.
Known limitations
Some links take you to websites run by other companies, such as our listings on Crexi, residential listing sites and map directions on Google Maps. We don’t control those sites, and they may not meet the same standards.
